Divexpro was directly involved in the first-of-a-kind (FOAK) installation of a full-scale WaveRoller unit in Peniche, Portugal.
This operation represented a major milestone in the development of wave energy technology, transitioning from prototype and testing phases into real offshore deployment.
The work required complex marine coordination, including vessel operations, towing, positioning and support to subsea installation activities in a nearshore environment.
Divexpro contributed with local operational knowledge, marine execution capabilities and direct field support throughout the installation process, ensuring safe and effective deployment under real sea conditions.
