Divexpro supported the installation of a subsea communication cable connecting the shoreline to a nearshore WaveRoller unit in Peniche, Portugal.
The operation involved coordinated beach and marine activities, including cable handling, positioning and controlled deployment from land into the water.
Execution required precise timing with sea and tidal conditions, as well as coordination between shore-based teams and marine support units to ensure safe and effective installation.
This work demonstrates Divexpro’s capability in subsea infrastructure support, combining practical field execution with engineering coordination in a nearshore environment.
